This is the elimination of packaging hazards forbidden by the HACCP system. To improve control of health hazards and to continue to expand the HACCP system, eliminating wood and cardboard is now an important and enormous yet essential step. To meet client needs, DMG has developed a recyclable plastic and/or disposable tray and has created an unpacking workshop. Thus, delivered products go directly into restaurant and catering clean rooms. Today, 700 tons of unpacked products are delivered yearly.
